Genesis

We want that Education by which character is formed, strength of mind is increased , the intellect is expanded and motto of our school is “Enter to Learn, Leave to Serve”. The Students and staff of this Vidyalaya are striving to realize these words into action.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Imphal No-2 Langjing was established in the year 1983 with Shri L.P Jadav as the first Principal(Grade. II) to grace the chair . It recently celebrated its Silver Jubilee. In its 41 years of service to the nation, its strive to impart quality education from class I to XII (Science,Commerce, Humanities) spread in 26 sections ( 2 sections from class I to X and 3 Sections from class XI and XII) . Kendriya Vidyalaya Langjing today boasts of 1000+ students approximately.

Currently it is running in a temporary building but soon it will get a new permanent building.
